To specify settings that affect the appearance of your printout, choose Settings from the Options menu, then the Appearance tab of the WebRecord Settings dialog. On this tab you can specify the following:

• the base font size;
• the number of columns per page, in portrait or landscape format;
• the number to be used as the first in the sequence of page numbers;
• whether you want a full-color printout with the default background, a full-color printout with a white background, or a simplified printout -- see Printing WebRecord pages;
• whether you want extra margin space on your printout -- see Wide Margins;
• if you are running Japanese Windows, you can choose the character encoding option relevant to the document you are fetching.
